A cloud of flatus left behind in an elevator, invariably by the person(s) who most recently departed said conveyance.

Liftgift! the spy gasped, wasting valuable air by talking aloud for dramatic effect even though he was alone. It had to have been the cryptographer from Alpha Section who had just gotten off. The ceiling hatch was his only chance.
